Questions owners ask us first.

We charge a commission on rental revenue — you earn first, we earn after. The exact rate depends on the market and service level; you'll get a precise quote with your free assessment. No setup fees, no fixed monthly charges.

Monthly, to any bank account you choose, together with a detailed statement: bookings, revenue, expenses and our commission. You always see exactly where every amount comes from.

Of course — it's your property. Block your own dates in the owner calendar whenever you like. We'll simply plan bookings around your stays.

Routine cleaning is covered by guest fees. Repairs are billed at cost from vetted local contractors — anything above an agreed threshold is approved by you first. Guest-caused damage is covered by deposits and platform guarantees.
